By accessing or using PickMyWheels ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and dealers using PickMyWheels.

PickMyWheels is an online marketplace that connects buyers with verified dealers selling pre-owned two-wheelers in India. We facilitate connections and enquiries between parties but are not a party to any transaction between buyers and dealers.

• You must provide a valid Indian mobile number to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information

As a buyer using PickMyWheels:

• You submit genuine enquiries only for vehicles you intend to purchase
• You acknowledge that vehicle information is provided by dealers and PickMyWheels does not verify every listing detail
• You agree to conduct due diligence (physical inspection, RC verification, insurance check) before purchasing any vehicle
• You will not misuse the platform to spam dealers or submit false enquiries

Dealers listed on PickMyWheels agree to:

• List only vehicles they legally own or have authority to sell
• Provide accurate descriptions, prices, and vehicle details
• Respond to buyer enquiries promptly and professionally
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws regarding vehicle sales

You may not use PickMyWheels to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Harass, threaten, or spam other users or dealers
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Scrape or systematically copy listing data without permission
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose

PickMyWheels is a listing platform only. We do not inspect vehicles, verify ownership documents, or guarantee the accuracy of dealer-provided information. All transactions are solely between buyer and dealer. PickMyWheels is not responsible for disputes, defects, or issues arising from any vehicle purchase.

Vehicle prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice and are the sole responsibility of the listing dealer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PickMyWheels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transaction facilitated through it. Our total liability to you shall not exceed ₹1,000.

All content on PickMyWheels, including design, code, logos, and copy, is the property of PickMyWheels or its licensors. Vehicle images remain the property of respective dealers. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will indicate the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of PickMyWheels after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
